2. Proposals, Quotes & Acceptance

• All proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Work begins only after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule in the proposal or invoice.
• Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals to ensure smooth delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and incur additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, agreed deliverables such as website code and graphics will be transferred to the client.
• Third-party plugins, stock images, and tools will retain their original licensing terms.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, plugins). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of these external services.

7. No Verification of Businesses or Websites

Disclaimer: We do not verify the authenticity, legal status, financial standing, or compliance of any business, individual, or website that we design, market, or reference.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any scams, fraud, or illegal activities conducted through a website designed, developed, or marketed by us. It is the sole responsibility of the business owner or client to ensure the legitimacy of their operations and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising due to fraudulent activities are entirely the client's responsibility, and Social Site Studio will not be held liable.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings or ad performance.
• All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of a project, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in case of a material breach.
• Fees for work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bihar. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna.
